Join in this discussion about permaculture and plants in the home landscape. We'll share a few tips to apply ecological principles and methods in your gardening practice. A facilitated discussion with faculty and students in the Blue Ridge Eco-Gardener (BREG) program, anyone is welcome to attend with questions and tips for what works for growing in our region. Additional information will be available for those interested in the Arboretum's Blue Ridge Eco-Gardener Certificate of Merit program.

This is a live, interactive class, though recordings of class sessions can be made available to registered participants by request if they are not able to attend at the scheduled time.

 

Jennifer Verprauskus is a North Carolina Licensed Landscape Architect and a Permaculture Design Certificate Holder. She studied Landscape Architecture at the University of Massachusetts. Since graduating, she has traveled the world to help people grow trees and their own food. She is the founder of both UpBeet Landscapes and BareRoot Designs, PLLC.
