Accept an invitation to receive the forests' healing gifts and insights on this restorative walk, which is designed to activate the parasympathetic nervous system and restore the body to a calm and composed state. Along the way we will stop and share what we notice about our experience. Boosted immune system, lowered blood pressure, reduced stress, decreased depression and anxiety are a few possible benefits associated with nature-based experiences. For some this will be a walk in the park; for others it will be something of a forest initiation. It all depends on your own personal edges. The forest knows best what unique experience each one of us needs most.

*Participants must adhere to all safety guidelines in the reminder email sent prior to class. Please add to your contacts to ensure our emails do not end up in your spam folder. Masks should be worn at all times out of consideration for all class participants. We ask that participants try to keep a distance of at least 6' between others as much as possible.
