Have you ever thought about growing grains as an alternative to ornamental grasses? Join the author and foodscape revolutionary to learn about the many members of Poaceae (grass family) that provide dynamic seasonal beauty and bounty in a class that covers designing and growing to harvesting and cooking.

Brie Arthur studied landscape design and horticulture at Purdue University. After more than a decade of experience as a grower and propagator, she now combines her passion for plants and sustainable land management by communicating the value of gardening across the U.S. She appears on the PBS Television show “Growing a Greener World,” and her debut book “The Foodscape Revolution” is a best seller. Arthur was honored in 2017 as the first recipient of the American Horticultural Society’s Emerging Horticultural Professional Award.
