Deep Relaxation: Yoga Nidra B
Instructor: Jenne Sluder
Sunday, February 23, 2 to 4 p.m.
$24 Member / $34 Non-member
Limit: 12 students
Sessions begin with very gentle stretches, followed by reclining “restorative” poses. The session culminates in a 45-minute lying-down guided Yoga Nidra meditation designed to induce full body relaxation. The various elements of the workshop taken together can relieve stress and fatigue, release anxiety and tension, and improve sleep and mental clarity. Sessions are suitable for all levels, including beginners, and require only an ability to get on and off the floor unassisted or using a chair. Mats and other props will be supplied.
